COVID-19 EIDL Consulting
Assistance with problems and challenges when dealing with the SBA about a range of issues resulting from taking a loan from the United States government during the pandemic. Consulting fees can range from flat fee to hourly depending on the work product.

SBA Natural Disaster Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) flat fee consulting
We offer several consulting packages to prepare forms and provide written instructions on how to apply for a natural disaster EIDL, or how to submit a request for Reconsideration of a declined natural disaster EIDL. SBA caps the consulting fee, and therefore, we limit our consulting service.
SBA natural disaster EIDL consulting is a flat fee service and cannot be contingent upon a loan approval as per SBA regulations.

Small Business Consulting
Business Owners often ask us for guidance on a wide range of issues. These can be anything from how best to negotiate with a seller of a business to complete a purchase, to conducting an analysis of business operations to provide recommendations on strategies for efficiencies for growth and improvement to advice on essential elements such as financing, marketing, operations, and etcetera.
We have 60+ years of combined business experience we can lean into to find well-considered answers and solutions for Small Business Owners.
Our fees range from a simple flat fee one-time consultation to hourly consulting. To determine how we can best assist, we first conduct a 30-minute phone consultation. If we determine that it is best to prepare a written proposal for our consulting service, we collect the basic information necessary for the phone consultation.
Our written proposal for business consulting typically includes:
- Overview of Client request
- A bullet-point list of areas to target in our consulting final work product
- List of deliverables
- Estimated time to complete the consulting
- Cost per hour
- Required deposit and payment terms for the final balance
We charge a fee of $425.00 to prepare a consulting proposal. In the event a Client accepts our consulting offer, $200.00 of that fee is applied to the cost of consulting as estimated in the proposal.
