- Bankruptcy letter. A statement indicating the business owner or entity is not currently filing, nor has recently filed a bankruptcy proceeding
- Maximum loan letter. The business (entity or Sole Proprietor) accepts the maximum amount of EIDL funding offered. This letter can be modified to indicate a lower than maximum amount
